Subject to payment of the purchase price, Persistfolio grants the purchaser a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use this dated release as follows.

**Individual license ($79):** one named person, for personal, academic or internal research.
**Business license ($199):** internal use by one organization (its employees and contractors acting for it).

In both cases the files may not be resold, redistributed, sublicensed, publicly reposted, exposed through an external API, downloadable service, hosted database or data feed, or used to create a substantially substitutive data product. Derived research, charts, statistics and prospect lists for your own or your clients' use are permitted where they do not allow reconstruction of the files. This license covers only this dated release and does not include future updates.

The source returns are public IRS data; Persistfolio's license covers the compilation, normalization, classification and documentation.
